The Hills East Wrestling Booster Club is proud to sponsor the Hills East Thunderbird Youth Wrestling Club.
The Youth Club provides the foundation for the Hills East Wrestling Team's future. Coach Bill Davey, of the Hills East Wrestling Team, leads instructional sessions to youth, grades 2-8 in the Hills East wrestling room, twice a week, on Monday and Thursday evenings.
The 2nd-4th graders meet from 6pm to 7pm and the 5th-8th graders meet from 7pm to 8:15pm.
Wrestling builds a strong work ethic, toughness, discipline, self-confidence, self-motivation, and many other traits that will help these athletes later in life.
The cost is $100, which includes a t-shirt and USA Wrestling card.
