Linc Leder of Melville Joins Homes By Mara Realty as New Associate Real Estate Broker

Melville, NY; November 12, 2013 –  Linc Leder of Melville is the newest associate real estate broker at Homes By Mara Realty in Syosset. Prior to joining Homes By Mara, Leder was an associate attorney with the law firm of Westermann Sheehy Keenan Samaan & Aydelott, LLP in Uniondale, N.Y. and has also worked as associate attorney with Virginia & Ambinder, LLP, in New York, N.Y., the law firm of Avram H. Schreiber, in New York, N.Y., and Arnold L. Kert PLLC, in Garden City, N.Y. In addition to practicing law, Leder has experience in the financial sector, having been a licensed personal banking officer/small business specialist with HSBC Bank USA in Manhasset, N.Y and a financial advisor with American Express Financial Advisors in Mitchel Field, N.Y.

Leder says his legal and financial background is a great complement to his new real estate venture. “Being an attorney and financial specialist has allowed me the ability to develop the skills necessary for effectively consulting with clients, setting clients’ expectations and negotiating settlements on clients’ behalves, all of which are important aspects relative to today’s real estate industry,” he explains. “It is refreshing to be able to devote my attention to a new sector where I can utilize my legal and financial perspectives to help home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals and receive quality real estate representation.”

Homes By Mara Owner and President Mara Navaretta says that Leder is not only playing an integral role within her realty team but will also be of counsel to her husband John’s real estate law firm, Navaretta & Howard LLP, of which Homes By Mara shares office space with for providing clients with turnkey real estate amenities. “It is a great benefit to have someone like Linc on our team who is able to not only represent home buyers and sellers at the start of the real estate process but is also able to see that process through by helping to serve their needs on the legal end,” explains Navaretta. “His dual capability reinforces Homes By Mara’s business model and mission in offering real estate clients the convenience of having vast real estate services available under one roof, which allows for a smooth, streamlined real estate process and experience.”
