  1.  Celebrate New Year's Eve at Blackstone Steakhouse on Pinelawn Road in Melville. For $120 per couple you will enjoy a three-course steak and lobster dinner, party favors, a champagne toast and live NYC DJ from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Dinner will be served from 9:30 p.m. to midnight and includes a choice of two appetizers (either Blackstone salad, spicy tuna roll, french onion soup or tomato and fresh mozzarella), a 14-oz. filet mignon and a 2-lb Maine lobster, choice of two side dishes (either mashed or baked potato, corn or grilled asparagus) and choice of two desserts (either cheesecake, apple strudel, Haagen Daz ice cream or sorbet).   2. Ring in the New Year at FOUR Food Studio and Cocktail Salon on Route 110 in Melville and choose from one of four different New Year's Eve packages. A four-course dinner, including open bar from 7-9 p.m. is $85 per person, or you can extend your evening until 2 a.m. for $125 per person. Their open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres package from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. is $85 per person; their VIP lounge package, also beginning at 10 p.m., includes one bottle of Grey Goose, a mini bottle of Patron per four guests, and full open bar in a reserved section of the lounge for $150 per person. A five-course dinner from 9:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. includes Chef Ben Durham's spectacular five-course tasting menu plus premium top-shelf open bar until 2 a.m. with DJ, hats and noisemakers as you watch the ball drop from Long Island's largest projection screen.   3.  Celebrate New Year's Eve with the entire family at 300 Bowling Long Island located on Walt Whitman Road in Melville, and start your celebration either early or late. From 3-6 p.m., with prices starting from $20 per person, packages include bowling, shoe rentals, salad, pizza buffet, unlimited fountain drinks, party favors and a balloon drop. In the evening, from 8:30 p.m. to 1 a.m., packages include bowling under neon lights, shoe rentals, a holiday buffet with unlimited fountain drinks, a live DJ, party favors, balloon drop and champagne toast.   4. At the Huntington Hilton Hotel on Route 110 in Melville, celebrate New Year's in their Grand Ballroom and stay the night in one of their deluxe accommodations. Their New Year's Eve festivities include dinner with carving stations, pasta stations, seafood bars, dessert stations and an open bar, as well as an MC and entertainment provided by "ejthedj", balloon drops, hats, noisemakers and a champagne toast at midnight. Stay the night in one of their deluxe accommodations and then enjoy a breakfast buffet in their Watercolors Restaurant on New Year's Day.   5. Welcome in 2011 at Nisen Sushi on Jericho Tpke. in Woodbury with sushi and champagne. Nisen is offering their guests a six-course menu, open bar, midnight champagne toast and live entertainment all evening. This all-inclusive six-course dinner is priced at $130 per person. And one more, just in! 841 East Lounge on East Jericho Tpke. in Huntington Station invites you to celebrate New Year's Eve with a live DJ spinning all night, top-shelf open bar from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m., hors d'oeuvres and a full buffet until midnight. For $95 per person, your evening will also include a champagne toast as the ball drops, party favors, noisemakers, a Viennese Dessert Bar and a continental breakfast served at 1 a.m. Attire is trendy and festive.
