1.  Celebrate New Year's Eve at Blackstone Steakhouse on Pinelawn Road in Melville. Their open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres package from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. is $85 per person; their VIP lounge package, also beginning at 10 p.m., includes one bottle of Grey Goose, a mini bottle of Patron per four guests, and full open bar in a reserved section of the lounge for $150 per person. 3.  Celebrate New Year's Eve with the entire family at 300 Bowling Long Island located on Walt Whitman Road in Melville, and start your celebration either early or late. From 3-6 p.m., with prices starting from $20 per person, packages include bowling, shoe rentals, salad, pizza buffet, unlimited fountain drinks, party favors and a balloon drop. Their New Year's Eve festivities include dinner with carving stations, pasta stations, seafood bars, dessert stations and an open bar, as well as an MC and entertainment provided by "ejthedj", balloon drops, hats, noisemakers and a champagne toast at midnight. Nisen is offering their guests a six-course menu, open bar, midnight champagne toast and live entertainment all evening. This all-inclusive six-course dinner is priced at $130 per person.
