Where/When: John W. Engeman Theater, 250 Main St, Northport; Saturday 11 a.m.

Why Go?: TD Bank's Youth Series live children's production of the Wizard of Oz opens this weekend. Bring the kids to join Dorothy, Toto, the Lion, Scarecrow and the Tin Man in this family friendly adventure to OZ.

Where/When: White Post Farms, 250 Old Country Road, Melville; Saturday and Sunday 10a.m.-6 p.m.

Why Go?: This is the last weekend to visit and take photos with the Easter Bunny at White Post Farms. There will be Easter Egg Hunts as well as an Easter Egg Craft Center for an add'l fee. Admission to the farm includes the petting zoo and animal farm, use of playgrounds and bouncers, sandbox and picnic areas, The Singin' Chicken Show and The Animal Band Jamboree Show.

Pricing: $12.89 + tax per person.

Where/When: , 400 Deer Park Road, Dix Hills; Sunday 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Why Go?: Celebrate Easter with services at 10 a.m. followed by coffee and an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. You do not need to attend services to participate in the egg hunt. All community members are welcome to attend.

Where/When: John W. Engeman Theater, 250 Main St, Northport; Saturday 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Sunday 2 p.m.

Why Go?: To see this musical comedy and winner of five Tony Awards including Best Musical about a New York gambler who is challenged to take a cold female missionary to Havana as a bet to finance a crap game, but they fall for each other instead. Music and lyrics by Frank Loesser include "Luck Be a Lady" and "Sit Down, You're Rocking the Boat".

Pricing: $60 per person; Tickets can be purchased online or by calling 631-261-2900.

Where/When: , 50 Vanderbilt Pkwy, Dix Hills; Saturday 9 a.m.

Why Go?: Come down and cheer on the Hills East Thunderbirds varsity boys lacrosse team as they take on Deer Park on their home turf.
