Dec. 13: Fire Commissioner Elections

1. Two candidates are vying for a five-year term on the Dix Hills Board of of Fire Commissioners. Running for the one open seat are . Head down to the firehouse at 115 East Deer Park Avenue in Dix Hills between 4-9 p.m. to cast your vote.

2. Running for a seat on the Melville Board of Fire Commissioners are  Cast your ballot today from 1-9 p.m. at 531 Sweet Hollow Road in Melville.

3. The series continues tonight at 7:30 p.m. with a performance by the sixth grade band and orchestra. The  10-12th grade band, orchestra and choir will also perform in a at the high school starting at 7:30 p.m.
