Ranked eighth among haunted houses on Long Island, the Deer Park Community Center's Zombieworld is  not for the faint of heart.

The story goes that in 1957, a traveling circus welcomed the children of Deer Park to their new school on opening day and was invited back every year to perform their entertaining show to greet a new arriving class. Over the course of 18 years the children grew less and less impressed by the same juggler, clowns and magicians that the circus was asked to change their act...
September of 1975 brought a new show and the towns worst nightmare to life... the entire kindergarden class never made it to their first day of school or opening ceremony. The school was closed indefinitely and the the circus was accused of kidnapping, chil endangerment, and murder when remains of some ocals were found in this building and the woods behind the school but were never caught or prosecuted.

It is rumored that this very same circus has come back with their new side show of freeks to this abondoned elementary school and haunts over 7,000 square feet of its hallways and class rooms.

The tour is a 15-20 minute walk with live actors and professional animations.
