Here are five things to know about today in Half Hollow Hills.

1. The Huntington Town Board is expected to vote tonight on what is to become of the Meyer's Farm site and the potential building of a senior living complex and religious center at Deshown Drive in Melville.

2. An NYPD officer from Dix Hills is now recovering after he fell 15 feet from a Brooklyn fire escape while chasing a drug suspect Friday night. Read the story here.
