Puppet Show, Black History Month, Library Seminar and More

1. Enjoy a free multimedia presentation from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the  about Cocos Island. It will be a journey of discovery to the island that inspired both Robert Louis Stevenson's "Treasure Island" and Michael Crichton's "Jurassic Park." Register at 631-421-4530.
2. Take the kids to see a puppet show and make their own puppet craft at noon at Club Mom. Kids age 5 through 8 can also partake in kids yoga at Club Mom, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Call them at 631-659-3939.
3. Celebrate at Barnes and Noble at 7 p.m. There will be a special free storytime that takes a journey to celebrate freedom, courage and peace. Call 631-421-9886.
4. Want to do something outside? Try . The Ice Skating Rink is open Sunday- Friday 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Admission, Monday thru Friday is $7 and skate rentals are $3. 5. Also at the Tanger Outlets daily is . All you need to bring is you, your child (6 weeks and up) and the stroller.
