It's been lights out for many residents in Half Hollow Hills. As of Tuesday morning, 4, 400 people in Dix Hills and Melville were still without power. Businesses were closed which may have taken a toll on your wallet, the MTA was down which could have affected your commute or you may have realized your addiction to the Internet was far more serious than you originally thought.
