Now you can zip line and climb your way through the trees, right here on Long Island.

The Adventure Park at Long Island, a new outdoor zip line park, which the company notes is designed by Swiss Alpine mountaineers, will hold its grand opening on Saturday in Wheatley Heights. It features eight separate trails for adventurists and even the not-so-adventurists who are ages seven and older.

The trails offer varying levels of difficulty and 60 different challenge and feature zip lines, “‘bridges' between tree platforms made of rope, cable and wood configurations," creating over 60 unique challenges.

Harness and equipment are provided, as is training.  And skilled staff are at the ready to help if needed, according to the park’s website.

The park will be open seven days a week. Visit the park's website for more information and various pricing options.
