What Is Your New Year's Resolution?

With 2013 now here, Patch wants to know what you hope to change in the coming 12 months.

The ball in Times Square has dropped and 2013 has begun.

As the new year starts, residents across the Half Hollow Hills area will be making resolutions to lose weight, clean out those cluttered closets, volunteer more time to local organizations or perhaps spend more quality time with family and friends.

About.com compiled a list of Top-10 New Year's resolutions, which includes quitting smoking, getting out of debt, helping others and getting organized.

What is your New Year's resolution? What do you want to do to make 2013 the best and brightest year ever?

Share your resolutions with us in the comments section and we'll share what your neighbors said later this week.

Happy New Year from Half Hollow Hills Patch!

Hey Michael Lee Johnson here. I am going to be walking from Beijing, China, to London, England, writing a book and self-producing a micro-documentary about my life on the road during #2013 for my news years resolution. My entire journey will be tracked via GPS and plotted on to Google maps. You will be able to see where I am at any given moment in time. Through the use of 3G networks, multiple wireless HD camera’s and a lightweight laptop, I hope to be able to live stream some of my journey and produce a weekly web t.v series entitled, 'On foot to Freedom'. - Regards, Mike. w: http://www.michaelleejohnson.com f: http://www.facebook.com/mljonfoot t: http://www.twitter.com/mljonfoot
