For the fourth year, the 'Go APE' Advanced Placement Student Exhibition, will be held in the League’s Jeanie Tengelsen Gallery from Feb 5 - 16. This exhibit showcases the talents of budding young artists from Long Island’s High Schools.
More than 100 Advanced Placement Art Students from 33 high schools throughout Long Island, including 12 Half Hollow Hills students (see below), exhibit their 2-D and 3-D works of art in a professional gallery setting in what may be the first of many in their professional careers.
"APE Awards" will be given out at the opening reception on Sunday Feb 13 from 3-5 p.m.. These awards will recognize the outstanding work created in each of the following categories: Drawing Portfolio, 2D Design Portfolio, and 3D Design Portfolio.

The Jeanie Tengelsen Gallery hours are:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 4pm
Weekends: 11am – 4pm
Admission to the Gallery is free and open to the public.
