Four Food Studio & Cocktail Salon is no more.
The Melville eatery on Route 110 shut its doors Saturday, Newsday reported.
Four Food Studio was popular for networking and special-occasions with plenty of Long Islanders. It served seasonal dishes, featuring seafood, steak and chicken, and a bar that stayed open some nights till 2 a.m.
Some say recent competition, including nearby Jewel, may have taken business away. But Four's owners, Jay Grossman and Ray Sidhom, are already working on a new, "value-oriented" concept for the space, according to Newsday.
