New Chef at Four Food Studio
Sous chef Antonio Guillen has taken over the helm in the kitchen.
One of the area's most posh restaurants for the business set has just got a new chef.
According to Explore LI, sous chef Antonio Guillen has taken over the helm in the kitchen of Four Food Studio in Melville, after executive chef Ben Durham decided to leave the restaurant. It is the third chef change in a year.
Earlier chef James McDevitt was recently named executive chef of Bohlsen Restaurant Group, which is best known as the founders of Prime, Monsoon, Verace and H20.
