Mr. Sausage in Huntington is da' Best for Italian Food. Love their food and the owners are great. I look forward to going there b/c its so welcoming and the owners make you feel like your part of the family. I believe a business like an Italian place should not only include good food but good people and Mr. Sausage has it all :)

La Spada, on 110 across from the mall, is a hidden gem. Maroni is in Northport. Non restaurant's best: A & S Pork Store on East Jericho Turnpike is the unassailable best, anywhere. Take out?...SPUNTINO, Old Country Road & East Jericho Turnpike..IF you can get into the place!

Ninas's without a doubt. Check out the specials on their Facebook page. I wanna eat my monitor sometimes because the specials look so amazing. Best part is the incredible family atmosphere that goes perfect with the best and most original menu on Long Island.

Piccola Bussola for authentic family style southern Italian. Best I've had outside of Italy. Sal D's for good ole Italian meatballs and spaghetti, a la vodka, etc.
