CLK Commercial Properties has refinanced its building at 300 Broadhollow Road in Melville, with plans of spending nearly $2 million on capital improvements, Long Island Business News reported.
The report, citing information from CLK President Craig Koenigsberg, said that more than 92 percent of the building is now occupied.
LIBN reported that CLK has recently signed leases for several new tenants including TEK Systems, Markowitz & Rabbach and Randstad General Partners.
According to information on CLK’s website, the property is now wholly owned by CLK, wholly managed by CLK Commercial Management and undergoing capital improvements.
