An incident of harassment was reported on Sept. 10 at Burrs Lane in Dix Hills. According to the report, the complainant told police that her brother assaulted her and she feared for her safety.
An incident of grand larceny was reported at Richbourne in Melville. According to the report a wallet was taken from a vehicle.
An incident of criminal mischief was reported at Broadhollow Road in Melville. According to the report, a person keyed a vehicle.
An incident of road rage was reported at Ruland Roand and Route 110 in Melville. According to the report, a male got out of his vehicle and slapped the complainant.
An incident of aggravated harassment was reported at Broadhollow Road in Melville. According to the report, a former employee was calling and leaving verbally threatening messages on the complainant’s answering machine.
Arrests

James Keller of Dix Hills was arrested on Sept. 17 on a charge of criminal possession of marijuana. Police reported that he had more than 25 grams of the narcotic.

Paula Shorne of Plainview was arrested in Dix Hills on Sept. 16 on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

Jarret Pagano of Melville was arrested on Sept. 12 on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of vehicle.
Scott Peterson of Massapequa Park was arrested in Melville on a charge of unlawful possession of marijuana.
