Crime Log: Soon-to-Be Ex-Husband Slams Door on Wife

Arrests

Robert Elliot of Wheatley Heights was arrested in Dix Hills on Aug. 2 on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the second degree. Police noted that he has more than three suspensions. Elliot was also arrested on a charge of possession of a forged instrument in the second degree.

James Monteleon of Ardsley was arrested in Dix Hills on Aug. 1 on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the third degree.
Jesse Dziomba of Melville was arrested in Melville on Aug. 5 on a charge of burglary in the third degree; illegal entry with intent. He was also arrested on Aug. 4 on a charge of petit larceny.

Robert Kowalski of Melville was arrested in Melville on Aug. 4 on a charge of petit larceny. He was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
Dermido Riosargueta of Baldwin was arrested in Melville on a charge of aggrevated unliscenced operation of a vehicle in the second degree. Police noted Riosargueta has more than three suspensions.
Robert Krause of Huntington was arrested in Melville on Aug. 2 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a BAC level of 1 percent, first offense.

An incident of harassment was recorded on Aug. 3 at Old Country Rd. in Dix Hills.

An incident of grand larceny was recroded on Aug. 2 at Baylis Rd. in Melville. Police noted that property was taken from trailers.
An incident of harassment was recorded on Aug. 3 at Villas Circle in Melville. The complainant told police that her soon-to-be ex husbund tried to slam the car door on her.
An incident of burglary was recorded on Aug. 2 at Eugene St. in Melville. Police noted that the suspect entered through the front door.
