Crime Log: Wife Throws Chair at Husband

  • Eduardo Sevillano from Elmhurst was arrested in Melville on Aug. 30 for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

  • Timothy Hollis from Hempstead was arrested in Melville on Aug. 30 on a charge of petit larceny.

  • Michael Bakalo of Babylon was arrested in Melville on Aug. 24 on a charge of DWI.

    • An incident of aggravated harassment was reported on Sept. 4 at Avalon Court Dr. in Melville.

  • An incident of harassment in which a complainant told police his wife threw a chair at him took place on Sept. 4 at Roe St. in Melville.

  • An incident of criminal mischief to a vehicle was reported on Aug. 31 at West Jericho Turnpike in Melville.

  • An incident of aggravated harassment via Facebook messages was reported on Aug. 31 at Hemingway Dr. in Melville.

  • An incident of aggravated harassment was reported on Sept. 1 at Christopher Ct. in Melville.

  • An incident of harassment in which a violent girlfriend allegedly through items at her boyfriend was reported on Sept. 1 at Rainer St. in Melville.

  • An incident of criminal mischief in which an allegedly irate driver exhibited road range occurred on Aug. 27 on Pembroke Ave. in Melville.

  • An incident of aggravated harassment was reported on Aug. 25 on Broadhollow Road in Melville.

  • An incident of grand larceny involving landscaping equipment was reported on Aug. 19 on Old Country Road in Melville.
