Incidents

  • A burglary of a safe was reported on W. Gate Drive in West Hills on Feb. 7.

  • An incident of harassment, in which it was reported that an intoxicated boyfriend was throwing things around was reported on Tuckahoe Court in Melville on Feb. 8. 

  • A burglary was reported on Vanderbilt Parkway in Dix Hills on Feb. 4.

    Arrests

    • Richard Sozzi, of Dix Hills, was arrested in Melville on Feb. 6 and charged with DWI-1st offense. 

  • Richard Lebron, of Maspeth, was arrested in Melville on Feb. 3 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

  • Kirk Brown, of Brentwood, was arrested in Dix Hills on Feb. 3 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
