Four Arrested in Dix Hills Armed Robbery

A group of local residents are accused of pulling a gun on three teens to take their cell phones.

Suffolk County Police have arrested four local residents who are said to have in order to steal their cell phones last month.

On July 25 at about 10:40 p.m., a group of Dix Hills teenagers, ages 15 and 16, were walking from a friend's house at the corner of Suncrest Drive and Branwood Drive to go to a sleepover when they saw a man and a woman walking toward them on the opposite side of the street. A dark blue Honda was traveling slowly behind the couple. Within a minute of noticing the the car, the boys saw the driver get out of the vehicle and run toward them with a blue bandana covering his nose and mouth.

What is up with this Pierre family??!! The son Stanley mentioned above in the Dix Hills armed robbery. His brother Gaffney was finally arrested due to recent home invasions in the Dix Hilks area by Candlewood middle school & surrounding area. Their sister also is involved in home invasions & breaking into cars for cell phones. They all have prior records!! Their home on Millet st has been renovated (all brick) now! Is this a family business??!!

Hey SCPD, Thank you for the quick arrests. Now how about some preemtive patroling of that intersection leading into Branwood drive. It is midpoint between the 2 high schools and is well known amongst the student body of both schools as a hangout spot for illicit activity.
