Suffolk County Police are seeking two suspects they said robbed a Dix Hills gas station at gunpoint on New Year’s Eve.
According to police, the two men displaying handguns entered the Sunoco station at 765 Deer Park Ave., at 8:42 p.m. and stole cash and cigarettes. They fled on foot on New Jersey Street.
Police said the suspects are black, with one man wearing a brown jacket with yellow stitching, possibly an Ed Hardy jacket.
Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential. Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
