A Queens man was killed early Monday morning after being hit by a van on Jericho Turnpike in Dix Hills, police said.
Kevin Keegan, 45, was standing in the middle westbound lane of Jericho Turnpike, just east of East Deer Park Road, around 4:20 a.m. when he was struck by a 2009 Ford van, police said.
Keegan had just left a bar in the area when he was hit, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the van, Jonathan Stoll, 58, of Northport, was not injured in the crash and will not face any criminal charges, police said.
