Sex Offender Moves Into HHH
Charles Johnson, convicted of rape and sodomy, currently residing in Wheatley Heights.
A Level 3 sex offender has moved into Half Hollow Hills, according to a notice posted on the school district's website Tuesday.
Charles Johnson, 45, is currently residing at 174 Nicolls Road in Wheatley Heights, which lies right on the border of the school district's boundaries.
Johnson was convicted of first degree rape and sodomy of a 22-year-old female in 1987, according to information from the New York State Sex Offender Registry. A Level 3 sex offender is considered high risk.
