A Wheatley Heights man was killed in an early morning crash Saturday in Dix Hills, police said.
Police say Krystopher Simmons, 27, was driving a 2012 Honda Civic westbound on Caledonia Road, about 300 feet east of Wolf Hill Road, when his vehicle left the road and collided with a guard rail and struck a tree at approximately 3 a.m.
Simmons was pronounced dead at the scene by a physician assistant from the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner.
