The paper ballot method is certainly a step backwards.It takes 3 times as long to vote,my supposed right to a secret ballot is goe with people passing back and forth behind you and the stations are way too kow-I'm5"11(without heels) and have to fold myself over to fill in the dopey circles! So much for progress-Maureen
