Here is what you need to know about today in Half Hollow Hills.

Tomorrow is Election Day. Half Hollow Hills residents will be voting for a new Suffolk County Executive, legislators and Huntington Town Board council members. Who will you be voting for? Learn more about the candidates below.

1. Suffolk County Executive Candidates:

2. Suffolk County 16th Legislative District (covering Centerport, Deer Park, East Northport, Greenlawn, Melville, North Babylon, Dix Hills and Elwood. The district is bounded roughly by Main Street-Route 25A to the North, Larkfield Road and Belmont Avenue to the east, Sunrise Highway to the south, and East New York Avenue and Park Avenue to the west).

Suffolk County 17th Legislative District (covering Huntington, Huntington Station, South Huntington, Melville, Dix Hills and West Hills within the Town of Huntington.  The District also includes the communities of Deer Park and North Babylon (west of Deer Park Avenue), as well as a small portion of West Babylon in the Town of Babylon).
