Assemblyman Andrew Raia, R-East Northport, took part in a question-and-answer session that took the form of a mock press conference with students from Suffolk County high schools on Friday, including Half Hollow Hills East.

The mock press conference, which was held at the Dix Hills branch of the , gave students interested in media and politics an opportunity to get real world, practical experience on their possible career path with an actual state lawmaker.
