Harmonizing for Health with Love

A look at the healing power of love.

When people are involuntarily unemployed, they are often worried, fearful and sad. Yet, when they go on interviews, they are coached to raise their energy and enthusiasm level because prospective employees are naturally attracted to positive workers. Why do we like positive energy?

HARMONIZING for HEALTH
People find positive energy attractive, and humans shy away from low-energy, anxious, passive, depressed people. There may be some genetic signal humans intuitively understand about high-energy, aliveness, wellness, well-being and health.

People with health issues may also be under stress, also worried, fearful and sad that they are having difficulties. If they are very stressed, they may weaken the body’s immunological system from warding off other problems, and they may lower cellular repair.

With LOVE
Thus, it is important for people experiencing illness to receive a plan for harmonizing their mind, emotions and body. In my workshops, seminars, lectures and coaching I help help people harmonize their mind, emotions and body through music, simple meditation, health phrases, affirmations, and a set of Loving Communication Skills for people to practice in their self-talk, and with others, to create more inner-compassion, self-love and self-kindness.

We intuitively know true love is good for us. Just saying the word LOVE to our self twenty times slows and deepens the breathing and relaxes the muscles. I teach that the most powerful three words for inner healing are “serenity, simplicity and sweetness.”

We all want love, and we can give it to our self when we most need it. If it is at all possible for us once again, we can soothe, comfort and nurture our self back to health. I have found that when we harmonize the mind, emotions and body we co-create a clearing for the possibility of the body’s further healing, and for being more at peace, loving, compassionate and comfortable with what is, and whatever may come.
