Living a Transformed Life of Love

You don't have to be rich, famous, powerful or gorgeous to be happy. You can experience love today, every day.

I learned to make a breakthrough my life by going beyond the illusions people create for each other, the delusions that I then create, and the confusions that have me (and possibly you) bouncing around life like a pinball machine.  Since I made this breakthrough, I feel so much more centered, clear and at peace with myself and my life, and I understand more about sustaining those feelings each day.

What happened was I realized I needed to free myself to take some time to experience a true, deeper, higher and more lasting love through a simple process of serenity, simplicity, sweetness, compassion and forgiveness.  I realized I can be happy and loving today, when I become aware they already exist inside me now.

I have distilled all this, and am ready to provide this learning in a "Living a Transformed Life of Love" workshop. In it I will help people end our obsessions with anger and resentment, and our grand illusions… of keeping-up with others, status-hunger, jet-setting, desire for spas, luxury and diamonds... all things and processes that I’ve seen can actually subtly and insidiously erode our simple, inner peace and true love. I have seen that the rich and famous often carefully construct an image of their life as wonderful. If you go behind the scenes, their life is often a train-wreck of coldness, cunning and constant calculation.

In the workshop, people will see the value of simple peace, love, kindness and compassion, where they are, every day. They can then learn to make a breakthrough to compassionate, meaningful, co-creative conversation and collaboration with loved ones, friends, co-workers and colleagues, anytime, in the here and now. They will learn this simple and wonderful, daily, personal spiritual practice that is very fulfilling. The workshop will bring more kindness, compassion, sweetness and love to them by their simply following positive, creative energy as it shows-up in their lives, and then following that positive, creative energy to where it can take them. That creates a breakthrough for us.

HELPING PEOPLE OVERCOME THE HURT...
REGAINING INNER SERENITY,
INNER SIMPLICITY & INNER SWEETNESS

I have seen that what happens in life is some people do unkind things, and then we may dislike them. We may unconsciously give up on them, and may then even hate and resent them.  I’ll share with workshop attendees that forgiveness is so important and so difficult sometimes. Yet, if we don’t get completion, and fully let it go, we can’t get our best, positive, creative energy going to be our full, creative, loving self – our Higher Self.  We may then turn cold, calculating, cunning and even bitter... and then foolishly spend our life seeking more and more, better and better, bigger and bigger... with no more sweetness in our life.

In the workshop, I’ll help people radically switch… I say radially switch because most people do not want to be compassionate about someone that harmed them.  I will help them have compassion for the suffering of the person who may have harmed them. That is transformational. This is different than “passively complying with the abuser.”

Through understanding the carefully constructed illusion the other may have portrayed... and the delusion we created thinking the other was someone, or something, other than who and what they really are – I will then help people in the workshop see the confusions that sets-in.  People in the workshop will see that though someone may have hurt them, they can consciously choose to become conscious and aware of the other’s  great sufferingthe illusions, delusions and confusions – of the person who “caused” the hurt… this helps us end our own pain and suffering.

In the workshop, people will make a list of what is causing the other’s suffering. Their increased compassion will then open the door to forgivenessForgiveness will free their heart, opening us up to a full-life once again.

Once this amazing process is complete, we are able to have more compassion and forgiveness for the other and ourselves. The healing and letting go process continues day-by-day, and we regain full, positive, creativity energy and love. We are also wiser about the process – recognizing, and able to see through the illusions, delusions and confusionsand able to regain clarity, inner peace, serenity, simplicity, love and sweetness in our life, each day.
