The Half Hollow Hills East football team lost Sunday to Connetquot 47-26 in a game played at Hills East high school.
Saturday’s game did not start well for Hills East (1-3) as Connetquot (4-0) returned the opening kickoff 95 yards to take a quick 7-0 lead. By halftime, Connetquot led 40-13.

Hills East quarterback RJ Nitti passed for 217 yards and two touchdowns. The team faces Patchogue-Medford Saturday at home at 2 p.m. on Alumni Day.
