An all-time classic, Cinderella transports everyone to a place where “dreams really do come true.” And so they did for the High School West theatre group with its musical production of Cinderella in the Dr. James J. LoFrese Auditorium this past weekend.
In the kingdom of Theatre West, throughout the audience, the littlest Cinderellas dressed in costume, excited to meet cast members for autographs and photo ops following the finale Saturday night.
The Rodgers and Hammerstein production was created for television three times, in 1957 featuring Julie Andrews, 1965 with Lesley Ann Warren, and 1997 with Brandy.
