Schools to Open on 2-Hour Delay
District cites travel conditions because of bad weather forecast.
Schools will open two hours later than normal on Tuesday.
The Half Hollow Hills school district announced Monday night that because of the weather forecast for Tuesday, which includes extremely low temperatures, strong winds and possibly hazardous driving conditions.
