Wow! Huge upgrade to Library music downloading service.

Half Hollow Hills Community Library announces the launch the 4.0 update to its highly-successful Freegal Music Service. Patrons now enjoy significant new benefits with Freegal 4.0, including:  access to over 4 million new songs from 12,000 labels from around the world; a brand-new interface with a new-generation search and browse function; the ability to download from a selection of 8,000 popular DRM-free music videos and several other crowd-pleasing features.   By the end of this Summer, the library’s digital music collection will top 7 million songs, from over 28,000 labels including Sony Music Entertainment’s catalog of legendary artists. The labels originate from over 85 countries around the globe.

The Freegal Music Service has free mobile apps for registered cardholders of subscribing libraries.  The Freegal Music apps are available in the Apple® App Store and Google Play®.
